September 30, 2005 For Immediate Release: D.A.S. Financial acquires CD Software Company D.A.S. Financial, a Minnesota-based mortgage lender, has acquired CD Software Company in Princeton, Minnesota. CD Software provides commerical and agricultural financial statement analysis software to hundreds of banks throughout the country, and has been in operation since 1987. The founder of the software company is retiring, but, as a part of the acquisition agreement, will remain for a period of time to aid with the transition and training of D.A.S. staff. CD Software maintains a website at www.cd-software.com During the transition, the operation will remain in Princeton, and phone, fax and mailing address will be retained. D.A.S.
